On the day
Our school begin the day with a staff meeting to ensure everybody is aware of what they are
supposed to be doing and how their activities may affect the plans of others. Preparatory tasks
might include: • Allocation of students, and equipment • Centre buildings opened up and made ready Equipment required ready for use • Presentation materials/visual aids ready • Weather forecast obtained
